You've read the books. You've listened to the podcasts. You know you need better boundaries. You know you need to rest. You know something needs to change.
Knowing isn't the problem.
Sometimes your mind knows exactly what you need long before you have the capacity to actually live it. Your nervous system, old patterns, responsibilities, relationships, fear, and everything you've been carrying can make even the things you know are right for you feel incredibly difficult to do.
That's the gap we work on together.
Maybe you've gotten really good at showing up. You take care of people. You handle what needs to be handled. You keep going. You smile. And from the outside, you might look completely fine.
But underneath it all, you may be tired. Overthinking. Overgiving. Saying yes when you want to say no. Feeling guilty when you rest. Knowing something needs to change but finding yourself repeating the same patterns anyway.
That doesn't mean you need another person giving you a list of things you should be doing.
There's a difference between intellectually knowing something… and having the capacity to actually live it.
That gap is where we work.
What if you needed space?
Space to hear yourself.
Space to notice the patterns you've been moving through automatically.
Space to understand what your body and nervous system have been trying to tell you.
Space to practice something different without expecting yourself to change everything overnight.
Private coaching with me isn't about creating a perfect version of you. It's about helping you build the capacity to hold more of the life you actually want.
More rest. More boundaries. More joy. More receiving. More self-trust. More visibility. More support. More of you.
This is a 3-month, one-on-one coaching experience. We'll meet privately once every week, giving us enough consistency to work with what is actually happening in your life while still creating intentional space for you to practice and integrate between sessions.
This isn't a predetermined curriculum where everyone gets coached through the same steps.
We start with you. Where you are. What you're carrying. What you want. And what's getting in the way.
One private session every week for three months. Our conversations are personalized around what you're navigating in real time.
We can slow things down, identify patterns, explore what's underneath them, and determine what actually feels possible for you next.
Short capacity-building audio practices to support you between our sessions. Not another thing to "keep up with" — resources you can return to when you need them. The series explores your capacity to:
Insight matters. But what happens after the insight matters even more.
Together, we'll identify small, realistic ways for you to practice what we're working on in your actual life. No giant homework assignments. No trying to become a different person by Monday. Just intentional opportunities to practice doing something differently.
You'll also have access to Wellness Wednesday, my weekly wellness community experience.
It gives you another place to learn, reflect, reconnect, and continue practicing the work we're doing together.
Depending on what you're navigating, our work may include:
Understanding your patterns and learning how to return to regulation when life feels like too much.
Learning to say no, communicate what you need, and stop abandoning yourself to keep everyone else comfortable.
Building the capacity to slow down without immediately feeling guilty, anxious, or like you should be doing something.
Allowing yourself to receive help, support, opportunities, care, love, success, or more without immediately pushing it away.
Learning to hear yourself again and make decisions without constantly looking outside of yourself for permission.
Exploring what happens when you allow yourself to take up space, use your voice, share what matters to you, or let people really know you.
Recognizing when you've taken responsibility for everything and everyone — and learning what happens when you put some of it down.
Building your capacity to stay present even when you don't know exactly what's going to happen next.
Learning to experience good things without immediately waiting for something to go wrong.
Expanding your capacity to hold more of what you actually want without shrinking, sabotaging, or convincing yourself you don't deserve it.
You don't need to arrive knowing exactly which one you need. We start with what's happening now.
I don't want you leaving one powerful conversation feeling inspired for three days and then slipping right back into the same patterns. A weekly rhythm gives us enough consistency to actually work with what's happening in your life in real time — not just look back on it after it's already passed.
A private session to work with what's actually happening
Space to practice, notice, and integrate
Enough time for real, lasting change
Insight matters. But insight without consistent support tends to fade.
Weekly sessions keep the work moving — session by session, week by week — until a different way of living starts to feel like yours.
You keep thinking: "I know this already. Why can't I just DO it?"
You don't need to have everything figured out. You just need to be willing to get curious about what's actually happening underneath the patterns you want to change.
Let's talk.
You don't need to decide whether you want three months of coaching from a webpage. That's what the Alignment Call is for.
We'll talk about where you are right now, what you've been navigating, what you want to change, and where you feel stuck. I'll tell you more about how I coach, and we'll decide together whether this feels like the right next step.
Just a conversation about where you are and where you want to go.
Book Your Alignment CallMaybe you don't need another book. Another podcast. Another checklist. Another person telling you what you should be doing. Maybe you need somewhere to practice actually living what you already know.
Knowing is the beginning. Capacity is what allows you to live it.
